Job Summary:
Provides overall functional and integrative accountability for designated programs in areas of clinical and other operations, finance, planning, and marketing. Oversees Partial Hospital Programs, hospital-based outpatient clinics, LVPG outpatient psychiatric programs, Centralized Intake, and Consultation/Liaison outpatient programs. Oversees clinical aspects of integrated behavioral health programs.

Oversees clinical aspects of integrated behavioral health programs.
Education – Required:
- Master’s Degree in Behavioral Health, Health, Human Services or related field
Education – Preferred:
- Master’s Degree in Business Administration or Health Administration preferred.
Experience – Required:
- 5 years experience in healthcare administration or behavioral health and
- 5 years experience in team building and business planning
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities – Required:
- Demonstrated skills in the areas of clinical oversight, finance, operations, strategic planning, marketing, and human resources.
- Excellent negotiating and facilitation skills.
- Proven ability to work with physicians and all clinical providers whether employed by the network or in private practice, group settings, and integrative delivery systems in a solution focused approach
- Proven ability to work in different settings with different missions, goals, and objectives.
- The ability to multi-task and prioritize clinical and operational needs.
Licensure – Preferred:
- Licensed Professional Counselor
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker
- Licensed Social Worker
