The purpose of this non-exempt position is to act as a contributing member of the Academic Affairs Enrollment Support Center. This position will provide data processing support to: Undergraduate Admissions, Graduate Admissions, Financial Aid and other departments as assigned. 1. Utilizing existing technologies, perform data processing functions to support all offices within the Academic Affairs Enrollment Services Center
*Utilize existing technologies to enter all prospective or current student information
*Identify inconsistent or missing data
*Resolve issues pertaining to inconsistent or missing data
2. Provide clerical support for all offices within the Academic Affairs Enrollment Services Center
*Open and route incoming mail, prepare outgoing mail
*Prepare and sort any material that needs to be scanned and input information into database
*Receive and process electronically submitted documents
*Prepare any material that needs to be mailed, verify all information is accurate
*Send and receive faxes

The duties of the position do not allow for a remote work option. The employee in this position will be required to work on campus where they can be fully accessible to the Lehigh community
Position is 75% FTE with months June, July and August off
Regular Schedule: 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. with half-hour lunch break
