Our strategic partnership is designed to combine the strengths and expertise of both companies to advance the promise of an immunotherapy in the treatment of multiple myeloma.

Legend Biotech is seeking a Value Chain Project Lead, as part of the Global Manufacturing and Supply team based in Raritan, NJ.

Role Overview

This position will be responsible for driving the process performance improvement of Carvykti at global level. He/she will own the Carvykti process improvement roadmap and drive the continuous process improvement through leading the vetting of the new projects, tracking the progress, managing the timeline, and coordinating the efforts from internal cross-functional teams and external collaboration partners. He/she will also be the key person in managing the vector supply.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and own the process improvement roadmap.
• Organize the regular brainstorming sessions for process improvement.
• Lead the vetting of the new process improvement projects.
• Establish timeline and track progress of projects.
• Coordinate internal cross-functional teams and collaborate partners.
• Promote best practice sharing among internal and external manufacture nodes.
• Project future process performance
• Report to senior management on the progress, issues, and strategies.
• Track the timeline and progress of vector projects.
• Be the liaison between vector supplier and internal stakeholders.

Requirements

• M.S. or more advanced degree is required, in engineering, biological science, pharmaceutical science or related areas.
• Minimum 5+ years of industrial biologics CMC development or manufacturing experience, Cell therapy manufacture experience is highly desirable.
• Project management experience is a must.
• Results driven with strong analytical, problem solving and critical thinking skills.
• Experience in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Excellent communication and personal skills.
• Successful collaboration experience with complicated projects.
