A Manchester, NH organization is searching for a skilled Human Resources Generalist for their HR team! In this position, you will be responsible for performing a wide range of HR functions, such as recruiting candidates, managing the annual open enrollment process, preparing reports and analysis, and more. This is a great opportunity for a team player who has at least 1-3 years of HR Generalist experience.

Responsibilities of the Human Resources Generalist

• Update and maintain employee records
• Manage annual benefit open enrollment process
• Work with hiring managers to recruit qualified candidates
• Onboard new employees
• Update and maintain HR policies and procedures
• Prepare reports and analyze data
• Perform other related duties and projects, as required

Qualifications of the Human Resources Generalist

• Bachelor’s degree
• 1-3 years of experience in an HR Generalist role or equivalent
• Ability to communicate both verbally and in writing
• Good organizational skills
• Team player
