Duration of Assignment: ~ 6 months
Work hours: 8:30-5:30PM or 8AM – 5PM EXEMPT – 40 hours
o Hospital Healthcare
o Understand Union CNA (California Nurses Association) Contracts
background working in a Union environment
o Familiar with NUHW and Employee/labor relations
o 7+ years of progressive experience in HR policy and employee/labor relations
o Previous experience with establishing and maintaining effective and productive relationships with labor groups
o Previous management experience preferred.
o Strong organizational and time management skills, proficient computer and project management skills.
o Bachelor’s Degree in in Labor Relations, Human Resources, Business, Public Administration, or a related field required
o Master’s Degree in a related field preferred.
