All of the communities are under 10 years of age, boasting modern style and many desired amenities. Many of the key executive leadership team is already established, and they are looking for a strong Director of HR to join the company. The owners and executives have a long-track record of quality outcomes, site ownership, management experience and building industry leading teams. This passionate, mission-driven team is very well-positioned to impact senior living for many years to come.

Qualified Corporate Director of HR candidates will bring:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in HR required
• SHRM certification preferred
• 3+ years in a multi-site environment (Senior Living or Skilled Nursing preferred but open to other industries)
• Extensive HR Generalist experience REQUIRED (including payroll)
• HR leadership/management experience
• MUST live in Columbus, Ohio area
