Looking for a full-time science teacher. Two days in Seattle. 2 days in Kirkland. Micro-school of middle and high school students with a co-teacher.

LEADPrep is a progressive 6-12 micro-school with a Downtown Kirkland and North Seattle campus. 30 students maximum in either learning community. 1:6 teacher to student ratio. Our dynamic, personalized model includes project-based learning and co-teaching support. Teachers guide, encouraging learner agency. Emphasis is placed on the whole student.

Must have at least a bachelor’s degree and three year’s experience teaching to adolescents, or equivalent. Special Education experience strongly preferred.

Pay: $50,000.00 – $70,000.00 per year
