Responsibilities
Act as the Subject matter expert for the US Trade demo program. Lead HQ discussions and management updates. Orchestrate all Trade demo workstreams and continiously engage with all stakeholders (Trade operations, Regional sales managers, and agencies)
Lead the Operational plan process and align the full year targets and plans with Trade operations, Key account managers, regional sales managers and Business analytics.
Lead monthly performance review meetings with all stakeholders and Update the monthly operational review (MOR) slides.
Manage the Trade demo budget: Dynamic Forecast (DF) submission and update, Purchase Order (PO) requests and reconciliation, Pre-Post assessment submission and anlysis, year end accruals.
Lead suppliers tenders (RFI, RFP), examine and evaluate existing contracts. Conduct yearly performance reviews with agencies
Manage the Nestle Demo Tool (NDT): user creation and management, Training material update, Hardware & sofrware management, first level of support for all issues, compliance & reporting.
Actively participate in audit preparation, drive and ensure full compliance related to procurement and contract management
Qualify and pilot new trial platforms to accelerate acquisition across B2C channels (Trade, Nespresso.com & Boutiques)
Identify new 3rd party partners to support B2C trial initiatives and integration process: ServiceNow submission, contract negotiations with procurement & legal support, RFP when relevant
Work with Data & Insights on assessing trial platforms (incl Trade demo program) halo effect on brand KPIs (acquisition across channels, awareness, consideration, brand equity….) and align platform specific KPIs & targets as part of the OP process.
Design a long term Trial strategy informed by existing initiatives (ie Trade demo program), new pilots, benchmarking and research data.
Work with Data & Insights to evolve Nespresso understanding of New Member conversion drivers and performance by retailer. Identify new KPIs and participate to the creation of a NM conversion dashboard.
Build a yearly roadmap to support new member conversion OP target and lead gap closing plans. Orchestrate the multifunctional team efforts by harmonizing metrics, prioritizing projects, ensuring timely delivery and identifying new cross functional opportunities.
Manage TAP (Trade acquisition platform)/OPR (On-line promo redemption) tools:
Lead new projects & initiatives to accelerate New Member conversion to DTC: create brief, animate cross functional team, build & own project timeline, manage project budget, oversee implementation.
Requirements
5+ years experience in sales in Premium luxury and/or Mass market products with experience managing external partners (demo, merchandising agencies) – required
Strong Analytical skills – Ability to work with numbers: generate reports and statistical data, ability to interpret that data and in turn identify problems, opportunities, trends and develop solutions
Skilled Project Manager with experience in strategic planning and execution – strongly preferred
Demonstrates ability to work under pressure, managing several projects simultaneously with minimal supervision
Strong Analytical skills – Ability to work with numbers: generate reports and statistical data, ability to interpret that data and in turn identify problems, opportunities, trends and develop solutions
Detailed knowledge with the Windows environment (Particularly EXCEL, PWPT & WORD. ACCESS a plus.)
Bachelor’s Degree in business related field, required (Finance, Economics, Marketing, Retail Management preferred)
