Our firm is currently in search of an Engagement Specialist to help manage event activity and drive our client engagement initiatives. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working both independently and in teams and will be responsible for helping to execute client events, maintain accounts and assist the sales team with client retention.

Responsibilities:

• Use a knowledge of engagement strategy and processes to deliver accurate information and technical assistance to clients in a timely manner; Observe interviews, focus groups, and discussions/interactions and record detailed information regarding the process.; Perform data entry tasks related to survey administration, including entering interview information into data collection software, matching response data with original survey questionnaires, importing data into databases, and coding raw data into content areas.; Formulate themes and trends from qualitative data, including the development of summary statements and graphic visualizations.; Prepare final reports on research results by writing summaries of findings; Collect and analyze qualitative data, such as focus group transcripts or interview responses.;.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 – $21.00 per hour
