The Director of IT Innovation will solve problems that matter not only to our farmers, but to our planet – innovation in agriculture is the next frontier. We see it, we’re here for it. What will you do?

• Manage technology projects, programs, roadmaps, and people to foster innovation
• Realize proof of concepts through from napkin sketches to production solutions
• Facilitate ideation and group collaboration
• Lead speaking and teaching engagements around technology innovation and design
• Communicate cross-functionally with stakeholders
• Prioritize culture as a multiplier to productivity and creative solutions
• Organize and facilitate designers and engineers, often through apps like Figma and Mural
• Build a culture of innovation and creative knowledge work in agriculture

The ideal candidate will have:

• 10+ years experience with product design and engineering teams
• 5+ years managing design and engineering teams
• 2+ years experience with a role in innovation
• A deep, patient understanding of the design research process
• Experience using Adobe Tools, Sketch, Figma, Mural, and other design tools
• Valid state motor vehicle operator’s license.
• Must be able to move/lift up to 50 pounds
