About This Role:
This position reports directly to the Assistant Vice President, Admissions and Aid and is a key leader within the division of Enrollment Management. The Director of the Welcome Center & Campus Experience is responsible for providing leadership and supervision of the daily campus visit program as well as on-campus admission events. This director will collaborate with staff for implementation and execution of large group, small targeted visits, and daily and individual visits. Provide leadership for the Tour Guide program, as well as all recruitment events. Represents the face and spirit of the university by ensuring excellent customer service and quality follow-up and reporting for all prospective Cardinals visitors to the Beaumont Campus. In addition, this position will work directly with local and regional ISDs on developing and maintaining K-12 partnerships.
