The position supports the Inside Sales Team in any of their client needs.

• Builds the Provider information in the system and any modification needed.

• Handles client issues when it comes to associating or disassociating Providers in a client group.

• When needed, this position reaches out to the client.

• Expected to navigate the system expertly to be able to troubleshoot.

• Navigates the RCM (Revenue Cycle Management) application where special client pricing resides.

• Build client requisitions and manage requisition inventory.

• Handles fax verifications as special access is given to update CID (Client Information Database).

• Handles the Exclusion Report from the OIG (Office of Inspector General) to ensure providers in the system are inactivated whose medical license was revoked.

• Works with the hospital credentialing team.

• Handles issues/reports related to the maintenance of Clients and Providers.

• Expected to help with the phone queues when necessary.

• Handles projects relating to Providers and Clients.

• Works closely with Sales, IT and Billing in building and maintaining Client and Provider info in the system.
