The Front-Desk Administrative Assistant is responsible for facilitating the efficient operation of the assigned department by performing a variety of clerical and administrative tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Answers and transfers phone calls, screening when necessary.
• Welcomes and directs visitors and clients.
• Maintains filing systems as assigned.
• Retrieves information as requested from records, emails, minutes, and other related documents; prepares written summaries of data when needed.
• Responds to and resolve administrative inquiries and questions.
• Coordinates and schedules travel, meetings, and appointments for managers or supervisors.
• Maintains office supplies and coordinates maintenance of office equipment.

• Experience with face-to-face, telephone, and email communications
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks on a timely basis and work in a team environment.
• Demonstrated ability to speak effectively and present a pleasant, professional demeanor/image during telephone conversations or in person.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Demonstrated proficiency with computer technology.

Compensation:

The pay rate ranges from $20-$30 an hour.
