Texas Children’s Hospital – North Austin Campus seeks Pediatric Emergency Medicine Physicians to provide patient care in the Emergency Center in Austin, Texas.
The Baylor College of Medicine Department of Pediatrics, Division of Emergency Medicine, in association with Texas Children’s Hospital, is seeking pediatric emergency medicine (PEM) physicians to provide patient care in the Emergency Center at a new campus of Texas Children’s Hospital being built in Austin, TX.
Texas Children’s – North Austin Campus will be a clinically focused hospital experience with the backing and support of one of the premier academic medical institutions in the United States. This freestanding children’s hospital will be equipped with modern, state-of-the-art equipment and facilities, strong nursing, advanced practice provider and tech support, collaborative partnerships with other services, and a cutting-edge operations system to bolster professional efforts and overall faculty satisfaction. Austin PEM faculty will join the well-established BCM PEM Division in Houston, TX. Many of the current 60+ PEM faculty have specialized training in leadership, medical education, point-of-care ultrasound, global health, advocacy, and research.
Set to open in early February 2024, our new state-of-the-art full-service hospital in Austin will increase access to quality healthcare for children and women across central Texas.
