Product Manager – Accessories
SUMMARY:
Responsible for developing business objectives and strategy for mid-term and annual plans through management of their consumer goods product portfolio to include existing products, new product development, warranty reduction, and cost reduction with a primary focus on the end user experience and resolving their unmet needs.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) from four-year college or university and a minimum of 4 years product management in consumer goods experience (marketing, product marketing, and/or technical background a plus)
LANGUAGE SKILLS:
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups or managers, clients, customers and the general public.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS:
Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
REASONING ABILITY:
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
COMPUTER SKILLS:
Ability to operate PC. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications – PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT:
KHA conforms with the American Disabilities Act (ADA). Position requires up to 25% travel to residential and commercial construction jobsites, trade shows, and customers visits. Occasional work in warehouse conditions. Capable of lifting 50 lbs. The work environment is consistent with normal office conditions.
