Koch’s Telecommunication is an underground and aerial utility contractor looking for motivated employees who enjoy working outdoors to join our team! We are currently accepting full time and/or seasonal applications for Construction Laborers. Experience within the telecommunications or utility construction industries is helpful, however we will train motivated and eager to learn individuals! We offer health insurance, 401K, PTO and paid holidays. As well the opportunity for advancement.

Job Duties/Responsibilities

• Work as part of a crew on tasks such as digging trenches, cable handling and site restoration
• Perform work in a quality manner
• Complete daily pre and post-operational checks and basic maintenance on the equipment
• Adhere to company policies and safety standards
• Perform general laborer duties
• All other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver’s license and transportation to and from job sites.
• Must be able to meet the physical requirements of the positions
• Some travel may be required
• CDL is a plus or the ability to obtain
