Lead Teacher / Educational Director
Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education and NYS certification
1-2 years of experience working with preschoolers
Duties:
- Understanding and implementing current curriculum, ensuring early education center meets all educational goals.
- Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships and partnerships with teachers and parents.
- Conducting formal and informal teacher observations.
- Overseeing student assessments.
- Conducting staff training.
- Manage daily operations, ensuring all policy and procedures are met.
- Supervision of students and staff.’
