As you greet the children, you take a moment to listen carefully to any concerns a parent might express. Throughout your shift, you take care to work with each child on the next developmental milestone they need to reach. Creative and enthusiastic, you bring fun to the learning while also following our exclusive curriculum, which provides specific learning activities and teacher-friendly lesson plans. Safety is another of your concerns. You keep a close eye on the children as they play and are sure to follow our established policies and procedures for keeping them secure.
When their time is done, you send each child home with their daily report along with any Sunshine Reports they’ve earned. For you, each day is a day of sunshine. Watching the children progress and learn fills you with a deep sense of satisfaction because you know you play an important role in their growth. They are the reason you can’t wait to come to work every day!
