Kiddin’ Around Child Care Hiring for Lead 1’s Teacher Job at Dunedin, FL Full Time

The Lead Teacher Position is for a classroom of 5-10 one-year-olds. You will be responsible for creating a fun and safe learning environment for some of our youngest children. As the lead teacher, you will be fostering social/emotional development as well as teaching some academic skills.

Other responsibilities include:

• Following a curriculum, gathering materials for preplanned weekly lessons
• Creating positive relationships with families and staff
• Communicating with parents through our Procare application on tablets
• Keeping a healthy and clean classroom, changing diapers, lifting children on changing tables, potty learning

The starting salary for the Lead Teacher is $15.00 per hour. Lead Teachers must have a CDA or a formal education equivalent or be willing to obtain. They should have at least 1 year of experience in childcare.
