We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced, passionate and professional individual, with the ability to operate in a dynamic environment to join our Customer Care team as a Customer Care Specialist.
The Customer Care Specialist acts as the key contact between the customer and the company and will be responsive to customer’s requirements at all times, (both internal and external) and resolve customer queries quickly and will direct their efforts to maximise the customer experience.

The role is based in Naas, Ireland and will require full attendance for the training period (4 – 6 weeks) then the role becomes a hybrid role working from the office 3 out of 5 days a week.
This is a 12 month Fixed Term Contract
