Basic Function
This is a professional expert, short term temporary opportunity.
Under the direction of the assigned supervisor, the Professional Expert, PC Foundation is responsible for overseeing the operation of the PC Foundation. The Professional Expert, PC Foundation is responsible for supporting the Foundation Board of Directors and will respond to inquiries from college departments, the community, and/or external agencies and supervise professional, paraprofessional, and technical/support staff.
Representative Duties
- Manage the implementation of multiple project activities to meet or exceed assigned program(s) expectations. Including but not limited to scholarship applications or Foundation Board directives.
- Manage and monitor budgets and grant funding to ensure compliance with program agencies’ and cooperative educational partners’ regulations and/or directives. Assist in budget administration, control and authorize expenditures, approve invoices for payment, and respond to budget inquiries from college staff and Foundation.
- Supervise and coordinate department planning and operations; personnel supervision, including student workers.
- Coordinate the release of project information and outreach activities to familiarize students with the services and programs of the college and Foundation.
- Participate in meetings related to the Foundation; disseminate information – meeting agendas etc., coordinate projects and implement procedural changes; follow up on action items and develop program reports as needed.
Minimum Qualifications
Any combination equivalent to: Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of experience and/or Associate’s degree and 4 years of experience.
Knowledge and Abilities
Salary Range: $30 -$60 hourly based on experience.
