Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm
Target Pay Rate is $26/hr

Requested Start Date: Start date: 2/20/23- 8/20/2023- maternity leave coverage
Duties will include:

• Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and administrative support to the HR department
• Administer offer letters and new hire paperwork to all new employees
• Conduct criminal background check for new hires
• Create new employee credentials
• Submit welcome emails to all New Hires
• Manage company ATS Job Postings (Manage all job boards) and create new employee profiles
• Assist with booking pertaining to the recruiting department
• Provide general support to recruiters
• Administrative tasks
• Pre-Employment Screening (Background checks) – New Hires – Houston & Beaumont locations
• Interview Scheduling
• Verifications of Employment submission and follow up
• Safety Meeting Reports
• Issue Badges for employees and contractors
• HR Scorecard Update
• Monthly Man Hours Report
• Add new hires to Paycom
• Update Sign-On Bonus Spreadsheet
• Create New Positions and Org Chart Seats in Paycom
• Update Emergency Contact List
• Paycom Data Reports for IT
• Coordinate Birthday Breakfast
• Update Referral Spreadsheet
• Personnel Announcements
• Coordinate with HR and IT to ensure employees receive company equipment in a timely manner.
• Back up and support to the payroll specialist role

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
• Minimum of three years of experience working in Recruitment support.
• Previous experience in ATS is required and with Paycom System
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills both written and oral.
• Strong organizational, planning, time-management, and analytical skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficient use of Microsoft office suite (especially Word, Excel, power Point and TEAMS) and SharePoint.
• Ability to work under pressure and to adapt to changing priorities and needs.
• Ability to work independently while closely and appropriately coordinating with team members.
Associate degree in HR relevant field, bachelor preferred.
