Kelly Hiring for IT Support Technician Job at Florham Park, NJ Full Time

Kelly Services is currently seeking an IT Support Technician role for one of our top clients in Florham Park, NJ.

This is an open ended contract that includes full benefits.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to Client third party vendors who login to Client systems and perform SAP transactions on behalf of Client (using Citrix workspace software)
• Support escalation of issues using Client system (ServiceNow) request and incident tickets
• As per Client guidelines, learn and provide technical support for onboarding end users. This includes onboarding, set up of users with id/password, Editing accounts, offboarding, etc.
• Call and assist on phone with video calls to provide user set up: setting up user parameters, technical & key figure display, and adding a list of favorite transactions.
• Make sure they are fully functional and that they can perform job duties with call/video support using Client tools.
• Provide real-time technical support for users having problems with login
• Provide asset management: ensure physical Security tokens are delivered on time to the right users and are linked to user id.
• Provide Security Token expiry date follow up and proactively request new tokens ahead of expiry date.
• Manage inactive user token deactivation
• Provide minor issue resolution and training where needed
• Maintain relationships with IT support team, Human Resources, IT team who adds, edits, and deletes Contractors (Client Master Directory team)
• Support process changes needed in users’ email, phone number, Cost Center, Manager, etc.

Required Qualifications

• Strong customer service orientation with administrative skills & attention to detail.
• Good analytical, organizational, communication, and independent decision-making skills.
• Intermediate level of Microsoft Outlook Mail, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with Service Now, Active Directory, Citrix, and two factor authentication.
• Time management skills.
• Ability to work independently, remote and as part of a team of people, have experience in a business environment as a Team player.
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to handle multiple orders, with interruptions and escalations during the business day, organized to track each order in an organized way to minimize mistakes.
• Familiarity with SAP desirable.
• Proficient in English.
