We are looking for a Human Resources Generalist who will be a trusted business partner and coach for department leadership and an advocate for front-line employees. Responsible for partnering with leadership to attract, develop & retain employees, create an environment of trust and positive employee relations.

What you will be responsible for in this role:

• Performs routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource programs including but not limited to compensation, benefits, and leave; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; productivity, recognition, and morale; occupational health and safety; transactions in HR systems, and training and development.

• Serve as a trusted business partner and coach for leadership at all levels providing feedback to leaders on how they can be more effective in communicating priorities, setting expectations, providing resources, removing barriers to success, giving feedback (both good and bad), recognizing great performance and holding employees accountable when their performance is not meeting expectations.

• Partner with department leadership to determine staffing requirements; manage the staffing process for both full-time and temporary resources.

• Drive the effective execution of the annual performance management and merit increase process for assigned client groups.

• Be a trusted employee advocate for front-line employees; serve as the first point of contact for employees for all HR-related issues and questions.

• Lead HR process improvement initiatives as assigned; work with other members of the HR team to create and implement consistent HR processes, practices, and policies (onboarding, exiting, staffing, attendance, etc.).

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in management, business administration, Human Resources, or related field.

• Minimum 5-8 years of relevant experience as a Human Resource Generalist in a fast-paced, multi-cultural environment, preferably in manufacturing or a comparable role

• 5+ years of experience at an intermediate to advanced level of proficiency in the use of HRIS, Time & Attendance/Payroll System, ATS, LMS (Success Factors, ADP Workforce, and eTime, preferred)

• Must have unrestricted US work authorization.

Preferred Qualifications:

• PHR or SPHR certified.

• Five years of experience providing HR generalist support in a production/manufacturing environment.
