We are currently seeking a highly motivated Corporate Recruiter in Houston’s Southwest/Sugarland area. The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational skills and the ability to build and maintain a constant pipeline of prospective candidates. Must have the ability to source, identify, and screen candidates thoroughly and effectively.

This is a direct hire opportunity and the perspective salary for this role will be $90K to $110K.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree
• Effective communication skills
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
• Experience working with Microsoft Office suite
• High-energy and passion
• Demonstrated ability to meet quotas

Preferred Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in human resources.
• SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) credential.
