Responsibilities:
Reviews, prepares, and matches vendor invoices and check requests
Coding invoices
Resolves vendor invoice discrepancies
Maintains vendor files
Corresponds with vendors and responds to inquiries.
Processes and sends customer invoices
Maintains customer files
Digital filing
Distributing mail

Requirements:
Minimum 1 year accounts payable experience

Hours/Pay:
Monday thru Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm
$22 – $24 per hour based on experience
Temporary position lasting approximately 3 – 4 months
