The following daily tasks include:
– Daily purchasing, assist accounting manager, order entry / processing.
– Shipping & receiving organization.
– Entering project labor hours.
– Basic office organization, light project management, answering phones.
Candidate Requirements:
– 2-5 years of hands-on experience with general small business operations and order processing.
– Working knowledge of computer software such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
– Working knowledge of ERP software(s) and preferably experienced with Epicor.
– Knowledge of small business accounting practices in a manufacturing environment.
– Great people skills, positive attitude, and excellent work ethic.
– Ability to accomplish multiple tasks with minimal supervision.
– Energetic, team-oriented, and comfortable working in a sometimes fast paced office environment.
– Self-motivated, punctual, and well organized. Must be highly detail oriented.
– Good oral and written communication skills.
