Objective: We are looking for a self-motivated Appointment Setter to join our growing team. Appointment setters will be responsible for identifying potential clients, reaching them on the phone, and attempting to schedule an appointment to conduct a follow-up meeting with the Owner.
Pay: Hourly rate + Bonuses per appointment attended, and business closed
Qualifications:
- Works well independently and on a team
- Strong time and task management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Prior experience as an Appointment Setter, Sales Representative or similar preferred
- Confidence, reliability, and a professional tone are a must.
- Ability to build relationships over phone, email and vendor events.
- Computer literate.
Essential Functions
1. Must be willing to spend most of the day actively on the phone making outbound calls
2. Take the initiative to learn about the company and grow within the role
3. Familiarize yourself with essential details of our services.
4. Call prospective clients using a list provided to you or a list you’ve made
5. Properly explain who we are to prospective customers when scheduling appointments
6. Use Microsoft Office suite to manage various aspects of the job
7. Develop reports for each day’s appointments
8. Work in our CRM to input and update vital prospect information.
9. Other duties as assigned
