• Strong Project / Program Management background/demonstrated in delivering IT projects or programs
• Highly proactive PM who anticipates changing requirements and able to adjust budgets, deliverables, and dates
• Performing quality control on the project throughout development to maintain the standards expected
• Conducting risk assessments for projects
• Organizing meetings to discuss project goals and progress
• Ability to predict challenges and seek to proactively head-off obstacles
• In-depth knowledge of and respective IT systems, security and network structures.

Work Environment

• FROSCH covers the cost of most work-related equipment for remote employees. Other tools, unless deemed essential for your job or medically necessary, may not be covered

REQUIRED COMPETENCIES

• Proficiency with PMP or other such best practices
• Managing multiple projects and deliverables
• Experience with creating & managing plans using tools such as MS Project, Monday.com, SmartSheet, Asana
• Excellent written and spoken communications
• Proficient with or able to quickly become proficient with a large set of applications, IT systems and security architecture
• Any experience managing IT programs at the enterprise level is a plus
• Able to motivate teams to help complete their tasks
• Identify bottlenecks and critical paths to delivery of the project
• Strong skills with MS Office (Word, Excel) and Teams tools.
• Attention to detail

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s degree in computer, business or related field
• PMP or Project Management Certifications is a plus
• Minimum of 5 years of IT project management experience
