Joshua’s Pest Control is BOOMING in Kansas City, and we are very excited to be looking for a phenomenal Account Retention Expert to join our team!

Job Description:

We work together to provide fanatical customer service for our customers, and they love Joshua’s Pest Control! Our office has a very upbeat, fun environment. We have frequent office games with fun prizes (gift cards, parties, pot luck lunches). The happier our customers are, the more fun we have!

As an Account Retention Expert you are empowered to make decisions that directly affect your career as well as our company’s success. In your first few months you will learn how to effectively help all types of customers, while also learning about our different departments.

All positions include speaking with customers over the phone.

Job Duties:

• Taking escalated called and solving problems
• Scheduling appointments

• Inbound sales

• Administrative tasks (filing, paperwork, etc.)

This is a rapidly growing company that is expanding to multiple locations, so all positions have the opportunity for advancement. If you are hardworking, positive, and detail oriented you WILL be rewarded.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required.

• 1 Year minimum experience with sales, retention, or collections.

Benefits:

• Base salary is $45,000 to $55,000 depending on experience, in addition to generous bonus opportunities.
• Paid time off and health insurance benefits available after 90 days of employment.
