Customer Service Representative

Help us keep our customers happy!

The Johnson City Press is looking for an individual with an outgoing personality, and a willingness to assist our customers with billing questions, delivery issues, new subscriptions, and other general service needs.

The successful candidate will have excellent customer service, computer, and telephone skills, along with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Previous customer service experience is preferred.

This position offers an attractive hourly rate plus commissions.

This position is full-time with a solid benefits package.
