Title: HR Strategy & Program Manager

SUMMARY:
The HR Strategy & Program Manager is responsible for the smooth operation of a startup HR function at John M. Corcoran & Co. JMC is a family-owned multi-family rental property management and development company with over 350 employees and over 70 properties under management in the Greater Boston area. We are looking for someone to join our team as we seek to establish and modernize HR practices and technology across the organization. In HR, we work as a team, always willing to help teammates as volume and capacity shifts. For this reason, you will be exposed to and participating in all aspects of HR work. This role encompasses Strategic HR Project Management, Change Management, HRIS, HR Operations, and Reporting and Analysis, and reports directly to the Chief People & Culture Officer.

REQUIRED EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
The ideal candidate loves the process of solving business problems with automation and technology solutions! Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience is required and 7+ years of HR/HR Operations/HRIS experience is preferred. Recent experience should include implementing an HR technology product or application and use of ADP, SAP, or similar technology.
The ideal candidate will also have experience with MS Office (advanced MS Excel skills preferred) and proficiency with Microsoft Power BI (or similar) preferred. Candidates should also exemplify the following:
