We are looking for a People Experience Associate to join a rapidly growing high-profile account team. A successful individual will be responsible for various HR tasks, including tracking regional head count, collaborating with the recruiting coordinator, facilitating onboarding presentations, organizing and maintaining employee files, responding to employee questions regarding JLL resources, and other responsibilities as required.
What this job involves:
Actively leverage the central HR platform and available technology in order to drive value and results.
Collaborate closely with the recruiting coordinator to track regional head count.
Ensure the head count tracker is updated in real time with accurate data.
Provide regular reports to management on head count status.
Establish key stakeholder relationships and work across boundaries to drive results.
Proactively anticipate opportunities or issues and develop innovative solutions to address the opportunities at root cause with the intention to arrive at sustainable solutions
Partner with the on-site manager to assist with terminations and administration tasks.
Provide necessary documentation and support as required.
Distribute and update the monthly newsletter.
Gather relevant information from stakeholders and compile content for distribution.
Assist with virtual onboarding presentations for new employees.
Ensure proper completion and submission of I-9 documentation.
Conduct monthly audits to ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures.
Identify any discrepancies and implement corrective measures as necessary.
Attend weekly meetings with recruiters to discuss updates, progress, and any challenges.
Maintain an organized filing system for the region, ensuring all documentation is easily accessible and up to date.
Address employee inquiries related to payroll and benefits.
Assist with ADP system management and updates.
Assist in opening requisitions for hiring needs within the region.
Ensure all required information is accurately captured and provided to the recruiting team.
Support various administrative tasks and projects as needed by the team or management.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
Knowledge of working with HR processes and procedures.
Proven experience in administrative support roles.
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
Proactive and highly motivated.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in Workday, Smartsheets and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Knowledge of ADP or similar payroll systems is preferred.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
