The Applicant Engagement Coordinator at Thomas Jefferson University is directly responsible for managing and responding to prospective student emails sent to our general email account, assisting callers who contact us through our main telephone number and conducting outbound phone calls to increase application volume and visit registration/attendance as well as support yield efforts; this includes working with applicants at all stages of the enrollment funnel across our complex and diverse application pools. The Applicant Engagement Coordinator also assists with operational tasks of the Enrollment Strategy & Engagement department.
