Redefining hotel luxury in North Dakota, this new build has 6,000 square feet of flexible space, 125rooms and features Rosewild Restaurant, a signature lobby lounge, and a café.

THE ROLE
The People & Culture Manager (HR) reports to the Hotel General Manager and works directly with the People + Culture leadership team at the hotels. As an HR professional, you will live and breathe the company’s culture pillars of People, Place, and Character that promote an engaging, positive, and safe work environment for all associates. The position will ensure the execution of proven practices and programs, ensuring practices on the property make associates feel recognized, valued, and supported. This position supports all areas of the People + Culture function as a trusted advisor and sounding board for other People + Culture leaders. If optimism, genuine care, and attentiveness are not your main attributes, this is not the position for you.
