Essential Functions
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Assists with:
• Primary responsibility for the set-up and tear down for events; including setting up tables, chairs, and special equipment as requested by the Event Organizer; provides for event strike including removal of tables, chairs and special equipment as requested by the Event Organizer. • Assist with the setup of facilities for meetings, classrooms, conferences, events, etc.
• Works with Team Leader for coordination of assignments and schedules for all special functions.
• Sweeps, mops and dusts interior areas of buildings, washes walls, windows, woodwork, furniture and light fixtures; strips and polishes hard surface floors; vacuums and cleans carpet; empties waste containers and disposes of waste materials (including properly packaged bio-hazards).
• Clean and sanitize restrooms/bathrooms using established practices and procedure; refill restroom dispensers; cleans and sanitizes toilet rooms, showers, and drinking fountains

• Basic features within Microsoft Office
• Be customer service oriented.
• Personal drive to keep on task to meet deadlines.
• Work independently and in a team
• Willingness to learn.
WORK ENVIROMENT
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. While performing the duties of this position, the employee is regularly expected to stand, walk, climb, use hands to finger, handle and feel and reach with hands and arms. Normally will be required to lift up to 50 pounds and occasionally up to 100 pounds. Able and willing to work in inclement weather.
