Service Manager Responsibilities:

• Service management
• Customer service
• Complete repair orders
• Parts inventory
• Help ensure location success

Service Manager Requirements:

• Automotive repair-related manager experience
• Good customer service & computer skills
• Valid driver’s license
• Able to commute to the Brown Deer Service Center

Service Manager Work Hours:

• Monday – Friday 8-5
• ASM & SM each take a Saturday once per month 8-1

Experience Great for Service Manager:

• Retail automotive store manager or service manager
• Automotive service manager or assistant service manager
• Independent shop owner/manager
• Lead service writer/advisor
• Parts manager or auto parts store manager
• Lead technician or shop foreman
• Related repair manager experience
