Job Responsibilities:

• Contact potential candidates from applications received
• Assist clients to make hiring decisions
• Assess candidates qualifications
• Conduct interviews with candidates
• Complete all applicant paperwork
• Match candidate skills to client needs
• Present open positions to candidates
• Schedule and prepare candidates for interviews
• Present job offers from clients
• Other duties may be assigned

Requirements:

• Professional Communication skills
• Some college
• Ability to work in a fast paced/deadline driven environment
• Ability to prioritize work and multitask
• Maintain confidential information
• Previous HR/Recruiting experience helpful

Salary Up to 55k (based on experience) plus Commission
