Pay range: $60,000 – 75,000/annually

HR Generalist Opportunity:

• Conduct regular meetings with respective business units and line management, to provide consultative HR guidance and policy interpretation
• The HR Generalist position is responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management in designated business units
• Provide day-to-day employee relations and performance management guidance to line management to improve work relationships and increase productivity and retention
• HR Generalist will manage and mediate moderately complex employee relations issues
• Coordinate compensation terms for new hires, promotions, and transfers

HR Generalist Qualifications:

• Related BS/BA degree or equivalent training and experience
• Two or more years of direct experience in Human Resources preferred
• HR Generalist must have experience utilizing HRIS and ATS/ talent management systems
• Ability to establish and maintain effective work relationships as part of a multi-disciplinary team
