ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Serves as a liaison and strategic relationship manager between IPM and assigned clients by delivering best-in-class service to clients, ensuring contractual compliance, relationship development, and client satisfaction. Responsible for client retention, renewal, and overall client satisfaction. Provides benefit consulting and client training in conjunction with account management team. Addresses client concerns and issues in coordination with account management team via a collaborative environment.
