Job Description:
The Gap Year
Program Men’s Soccer Head Coach will assist the Head Coach First Team Coach with the coordination of all phases of a competitive NJCAA Gap Year program. Including but not limited to coaching, recruiting, budget management, travel management, rules
and eligibility compliance, administrative duties, departmental fundraising, game management, academic advising, marketing, promotions and
public relations.

Requires ability to sit, stand, or walk for extended periods of time.
Requires frequent bending, climbing, stooping or stretching. Ability to lift 50 pounds. Use hands to operate a computer keyboard, telephone
and other basic office equipment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear and use a
phone, and some travel, including by vehicle, may be required. Reading, writing, calculating, social interaction skills, reasoning/analysis,
ability work with minimal supervision, high degree of problem-solving and high-degree of inter-personal skills. Ability to do facility
set-up climbing stairs, ladders, and moving moderately heavy equipment. Work is routinely performed in an office environment. Works in
gymnasiums and indoors and outdoors at athletic facilities. Frequent contact with internal and external customers and students is
required.
