Iowa State University Looking for Manager Online Instructional Design (R10375) Full Time
The Manager Instructional Design for the Center for Excellence in Learning and Teaching (CELT) collaborates closely with the Course
Design and Quality Senior Manager to effectively support and deliver courses offered across modalities including online. This position will
manage a team Instructional Designers to establish and implement processes to promote efficiency and the highest customer services
standards.
Responsibilities
- Provides leadership to a team of individuals focused on partnering
with instructors on the creation of high quality designed and developed courses for online courses and programs - Provides course
auditing and quality design assurance in online environments - Oversees a team that will implement projects to increase efficient and
effective course technology - Manages protocols, ensures compliance with regulations, standards, and policies
- Performs data
collection and analysis - Ensures good customer service
- Identifies and researches emerging trends
The
