Intown Stars is an exciting opportunity for a Human Resource Director.
Intown Stars’ Human Resource Director will plan, lead, direct, develop, and coordinate the policies, activities, and staff of Intown Stars, ensuring legal compliance and implementation of Intown Stars Mission, Motto, Core Values and Principles.

Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn HR software management systems.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
At least five years of human resource management experience is required.
SHRM Membership preferred.
