Job Summary
The Senior Accountant’s primary role is overseeing the financial operations
of the company to ensure financial records are accurate, reported timely, and within budget. This position will report to the Executive Vice
President of Operations and work closely with all divisions within the company to achieve the company’s strategic goals. The Senior
Accountant serves as a consultant for the leaders within the organization advising them of budgetary information and helping to create a
fiscal strategy that aligns with the goals of the organization. In addition, this role is responsible for providing exceptional service to
all stakeholders in the industry of educational assistance to differentiate the company within the competitive landscape. Initiative and Outward Mindset behaviors are required in this
position to support our long-term growth strategy.
