Job Description:
This position provides expert, high-level knowledge of payroll processes, procedures, and policies. Provides technical, analytical, and communication skills necessary to lead and supervise a team of payroll professionals to superior payroll practices and customer service. Provides specialized support for multiple directors, managers, departments, business units, or functions. Provides input and expertise to improve and support to payroll initiatives and projects.
EDUCATION
Required:
Bachelor’s or equivalent experience.
Preferred:
Master’s Degree is preferred.
CERTIFICATION, REGISTRATION, LICENSE

CPP Certified Payroll Professional or A Professional HR certification is preferred.
EXPERIENCE
Required:
Ten (10) years of progressive experience processing and leading payroll processing teams/operations in a complex environment is required.

The hourly range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience.
$32.84 – $58.35
