Job Description:
The Chief Compliance Officer oversees the Intermountain Health Corporate Compliance Program with an emphasis on business and privacy regulatory issues and promote an organizational culture that encourages ethical conduct and a commitment to compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
Responsibilities include managing the Compliance and Privacy Program, including but not limited to: all necessary compliance training; policy development; developing mechanisms to ensure open lines of communication; oversight of the Intermountain Health Compliance/Privacy Hotline (including call intake, investigation oversight, resolution of reported issues, and documentation of compliance communication); enterprise-wide compliance risk assessments; and incident and status reporting to Regions, Divisions, Senior Management, and appropriate Intermountain Health Board Committee(s). This position will also act as liaison with other functions/departments and with Senior Management to ensure appropriate support, resource allocation, and coordination of compliance efforts within Intermountain Health.
This is a system-wide leadership position, reporting to the Audit & Compliance Committee of the Board and the Executive Vice President & Chief Legal Officer of Intermountain Health. As the leader of Intermountain’s enterprise-wide Corporate Compliance Program, this leader’s scope of responsibility will involve the compliance activities of all aspects of Intermountain’s operations.

With this position, you are eligible to participate in the Annual Pay for Performance (AP4P) Plan. This plan enables Intermountain Health to provide leaders with an additional performance compensation opportunity. The AP4P award opportunities are calculated as a percentage of your base salary.
