About the Role
As the Foundational IP Enablement and Support Manager, you will be part of the Design enablement customer application and support team and will own significant customer support/engineering tasks in a fast-paced and technically challenging environment. Our company’s bold mission is to create world-changing technology that enhances the lives of every person on earth, and this role is critical in shaping the future of Intel’s foundry business.
You will provide design technology solutions & support for meeting customer requests from various product segments for foundational IPs, GPIO’s, PLLs, thermal sensors, standard cell libraries, Memory Compiler Design Flow and Methodology development, custom memory IP, RTL, and characterization of Memory Compilers.
Experience Required
15+ years of years’ experience in foundry technologies with broad domain expertise in the following areas: SoC methodologies, standard cells, I/O’s , PLLs, Memory compilers, thermal sensors.
Familiarity with IP integration, verification, automation, validation, static timing, noise, power, functional equivalence, and reliability needs.
Experience Preferred
Transistor level operations, memory bit cell design, PLL design, design challenges under process variations and low power circuit techniques
Managing customers and building high-performing teams from scratch
Full product cycle from planning to post-silicon support.
Industry standard simulation/EDA tools from Cadence, Mentor Graphics, or Synopsys

Qualifications
Bachelor’s OR Master’s degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering or a related field.
15+ years of years’ experience in semiconductor industry.

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in US, California: $143,850.00-$230,130.00
*Salary range dependent on a number of factors including location and experience
Working Model
This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
