The Multimedia Associate Manager produces and implements graphics, videos, and job aids for use in SONIC Drive-ins. This position collaborates with marketing, operations, training, and other subject matter experts to design, format and illustrate materials for printed, web-based, virtual, and instructor-led courses.
This role sits within the Atlanta Support Center and is required to be onsite at least 80%.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Content Creation – Create and edit video, graphics, animations, and audio for use in all learning formats, including printed job aids, training guides, eLearning, instructor-led training, and virtual training.
Strategy – Analyzes training across all mediums for consistency and efficiency. Implements the development of a digital training strategy, integrating multimedia content to enhance training materials and programs.
Cross-functional collaboration – Collaborate with marketing, operations, training, and other subject matter experts (SMEs) to design and develop engaging training content and instructional materials in accordance with program objectives.
Brand Standards – Analyzes all Training and Operations content to ensure brand standards and alignment. Develops and implements process and templates to ensure consistency in communications, presentations and training.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS
4-year degree in Graphic Design or Multimedia Design
2-4 years of experience in Graphic Design and Multimedia Design
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS or ABILITIES
Demonstrated video filming and production skills with a strong portfolio
Up-to-date with the latest video trends, techniques, and technologies.
Solid knowledge of Adobe Premier Pro and After Effects for online video production
Expert knowledge with Adobe Creative Suite, specifically InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Adobe Acrobat
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Outstanding project management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines in a focused and effective manner; ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Self-started able to work independently as well as on a team
Excellent visual skills and eye for design
Strong written and verbal communication, project planning and management skills; demonstrated ability to manage multiple deliverables simultaneously.
Demonstrated experience identifying needs, developing action plans, identifying deliverables, and presenting results/recommendations.
