Job Description
As a Benefits Specialist – HR Generalist you will work with and report to the Senior Director, People & Culture and represent the Benefits team as the subject matter expert.
Key driver and owner for Benefits Administration and Program including, but not limited to, new hire orientation, benefits inquiries, leave of absences, unemployment, workers compensation claims, Employee Assistance Program, retirement, and overall well-being

Additional Information
The base compensation range for this job classification is between $85,000 and $105,000. The determination of what a specific employee in this job classification is paid depends on a number of factors, including, but not limited to, prior employment history/job-related skills and qualifications, length of service and geographic location. This job classification is bonus-eligible, with bonus potential subject to applicable bonus plan terms and conditions.
