Overview
At Insmed, we are working to become a trusted resource for clinicians, payors, policy makers, community representatives and the broader scientific community in rare/orphan and specialty diseases. We are looking for an authentic and experienced Regional Sales Director (front line leader) for the Mid-Atlantic Region. They will be a key member of the Commercial organization and will serve on the US Sales Leadership Team. This role will collaborate closely with internal partners to hire, train, and develop the most respected and high performing Sales Team in the industry. He/she will be responsible for shaping the sales strategy for the Mid-Atlantic Region, as a derivative of the national strategy, and leading sales execution to ensure US success and overall market growth. Additionally, we expect all employees to serve as Insmed cultural ambassadors, contributing to the reinforcement and ongoing growth of our culture.
This position is a field-based role and can be located in or around a major metropolitan area in the Mid-Altantic Region of the United States. The States included in the Mid-Atlantic Region include: Virginia, West Virginia, and portions of Delaware and Maryland. Some of the major metropolitan areas of this region are: Washington DC, Annapolis, and Richmond.

Salary Range
Insmed takes into consideration a combination of candidate’s education, training, and experience as well as the position’s scope and complexity, the discretion and latitude required in the role, and external market and internal value when determining a salary level for potential new employees.
The base salary range for this job is from $167,000.00 to $195,000.00 per year
Incentive Compensation
Participation in the Commercial Incentive Plan with a yearly target bonus of $64,000.00
